Meet your Head of House

I'm LeAnna, a bilingual Lincoln Square mom. I spent 10+ years in marketing, most recently as a senior director, running teams, vendors and multimillion-dollar budgets.

When my son was born last year, I learned how much of running a home is invisible: the noticing, the remembering, the planning ahead. My home isn't perfect, but it runs on a system now, and that system gave my family our evenings back.

Now I run households the same way: clear systems, reliable follow-through and a recap every Friday, in English or Spanish.

The idea

Every well-run company has a head of operations.

Every well-run home deserves one too. Someone who owns the weekly work, keeps the pros on schedule and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Who it's for

Busy Chicagoans, every kind of home.

For people who'd rather live in their home than run it. Singles, couples and families, in condos, two-flats and houses.

What I stand for

All household work is skilled work.

Chicago was built by working people, many of them immigrants. Carl Sandburg called it the City of the Big Shoulders. Head of House is proud to carry that spirit. Every home runs on skilled people, from cleaners and nannies to the tradespeople who keep things working, and I'm grateful to work alongside them.

Partners from day one

A clear agreement and simple monthly billing from the start.

Set office hours, quick replies and plain language.

Right fit, both ways

Big shoulders

Every pro who keeps your home running is skilled. I partner with great ones and bring them to you.

The pros
I manage

Cleaning, childcare and repairs are skilled trades of their own. I find, book and coordinate great pros for each, and I'm proud to work alongside them.
